@crazy4GMH Usually with Windows, you’re going to need an unzip program, like WinZip or something, its been years since I’ve used Win Computer.

I tried to restore thru itunes. download takes forever…but im still doin it…my question now is will the update be saved on my laptop? i have a macbook pro…reason i ask this is cuz i want to update my phone but my phone goes from “connect to itunes” to the logo screen…just wanted to kno if that will make a difference…

i keep getting an error every time i try to restore on 4.2.8
I successfully jailbroke my iphone but now its only showing me the apple logo and wont turn on. I tried restoring it and it said error. Then i went to Settings>General>About>Reset and i reset all settings which erased media and everything. But now it still wont turn on. What do i do?
