No, there has been. They are just harder to get installed is all. All computers can have viruses. It is up to the user to protect themselves… download only programs from reputable sites, etc.
Not true. It is true that all Operating Systems apart from Microsoft Windows are much less likely to get a virus, however there are a few circling the net today.
You should still have some kind of special mac anti-virus if your using a mac to ensure Mac-Only viruses don’t affect your computer.
There have been viruses that have targeted Apple Macs. But not many.
Virus and malware coders usually don’t write the malware to target Mac’s.
Because there are so few of them and they are mostly used by snotty rich kids with well-to-do parents who buy anything that there spoiled kids ask for.
