XtremeMac InCharge Auto Docking Station and Charger for iPod
I purchased this for my brand new 2008 Toyota 4Runner and brand new iPod nano. Unfortunately, when connected, it causes humming and music distortion which are loud and unacceptable, period, period. Will give it 1 star because Amazon rating system seems to feel that no product could be rated 0 stars. Otherwise would give it 0 stars, because it is unacceptable. I am returning it and will try another product.

Did not work. Meaning the charger does not fit all cars beware. I tried it on a BMW 3 and a Toyota Tacomma. Doest not work don’t waste your money

I’m not joking, I put it in pulled it out and it completely fell apart into 10 pieces! I was thinking, did they forget to glue this thing or something???? THe the cap on the USB cable fell off! I can’t believe this company lets this thing out like this. It was almost funny how bad it fell apart. AVOID THIS> If I could give it 0 stars I would

This product has the best price I can find anywhere, and it even beats similar product at Wal-mart. I have tried it to recharge my iPhone 3G both in the car and at home computer, both worked very well.
I use Otterbox Defender case for my iphone and mamy generic chargers I tried are too big to fit into the round openning of the case, but this product has a slightly thinner connection end, all I did is to use a box-cutter to trim very little off the plastics around the charger’s connection pin, and it fits and slides in and out the phone/case very easily.
I like its detachable USB cable so I can use it both in the car and office to charge my phone without bringing the original USB cable with me from home… I am very happy about the product!

It works like well and hasn’t fallen apart or failed to work for me so far. Even in the cold car (it gets a little stiff) but functions well for me!
