The materials were cheap and when I tried them out, there was an odd static hum in background of my whole conversation. I've never had this problem with any of the earphones I have purchased elsewhere. I tried to contact the store, with no response at first and when I finally did get thru, they were rude, unhelpful and knew nothing about the products they were selling! all in all my experience with this company was beyond poor..if I could give a negative star rating, i would.
