  1. Well,

when I got them I thought they were great ’cause they looked that way.

But once it had fitted into it was almost impossible to take the Ipod out of the case. I mean they make the Ipod look great and prevent it from scratches and all that stuff but when you want to take the Ipod out is so damn hard.

I tried many times and I could only did it with my nails but it hurt.

the case is very fitted but just the other 2 reviews indicate, once you snap it on your itouch then it’s so hard to be taken off

  3. a great product for the price. it’s a smooth, plastic, clamshell product thats easy to put on. it isn’t bulky and slips right into your pocket(unlike silicon). this product isn’t so great for docking as you’ll need to take it off every time, but that isn’t a problem for me since i don’t need to dock. overall a great cheap protection for the ipod touch. get some screen protectors to though.Apple iPod Touch 2nd Generation 2G Screen Protector Film Cover + Cleaning Cloth

Easy to use & offers good protection. Note: it covers the speaker on the back so the sound is a little muffled. Can’t beat it for the price!

Well, I recently found this case (not on Amazon), but on the actual website and I immediately fell in love with the look, and price of the product! It looks exactly as it shows. I features a transparent case that goes around the entire iPod Touch, into two seperate parts, the back and the front. However there is a small hole cut out for the Home button, which is a really nice selling point for me, I hate the covers that cover up the Home button! It also does not protect the actual Touch Screen, that space is left open for screen protectors, etc.

One thing you’ll notice more into the later times when you use the cover is the lack of space provided towards the volume and lock controls. I noticed when I went to turn up my music, and it took me a while to actually press the button! You actually have to dig you fingernail in there to press them, which is somewhat of a flaw in the construction of the case. The second flaw is there are indentations in the back of the case piece, which if you are like me, you are obsessed with keeping the back nice and shiny, with no scratches! If you would to keep reading on to fix these, I’ll provide some nifty hints on how you can EASILY fix these for no more than 50ยข!! Other than that the basic review is done! Thank you for reading, and if you’re not done, than why not grab some Hot Cocoa and read on? Awesome!

Ok, first thing we’ll get to is the volume and power control! What I did was, I have a WoodShop class in my High School, so I figured instead of doing worthless Scroll Saw projects, why not improve my FANTASTIC $1 Case? I took a small piece of Sandpaper of around 80 grit, 100 grit or finer will work fine as well ( Make sure to remove the iPod Touch from the casing ;] ) and lightly sanded the area for the volume control down. By doing this you can wither away that excess plastic from the case to custom match your iPod Touch volume control!

Now, the tricky part, the indents! EVERY single person who owns an iPod Touch HATES them, DESPISES, if you will. They are hard to maneuver around, and they scratch the back of your shiny coat. Well, here’s an extremely simple way I came up with while doing homework, that easily fix the annoyance! What you’ll do is line up where the indentations are and stick a small piece of clear tape ( make sure the tape is not super-thin ) and stick it right where it aligns with the indent. This’ll make sure that instead of your iPod getting scratched we’ve got our trusty ol’ piece of tape to take the beating! I know, very “ghetto.” But it get’s the job done!

And now, I’m gonna end this before I get out of hand with all the imperfections I’d end up scouting out, or finding one where there isn’t! So, I would definitely rate this product a 5/5. If my rating says 4.5/5 IT’S WRONG I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! *erm* Anyway, good luck with the product, it’s a very nice fit!
