Sounds great(when it works)Bought from Best Buy,It quit working after a month.Returned it for another.It worked okay for a while.It will charge itself and the I pod but will not even turn on.Probably too late to return.

I purchased this item new over a year ago, barely used it, and it is as dead as that squished cat in the middle of the freeway, despite the fact that it was not dropped, exposed to rain, etc…..Needless to say, I don’t reccomend this product.

On the box, it says this item plays 2nd generation iTouch players. On the instruction manual, it doesn’t say that it does. The item does NOT play the 2nd gen iTouch!!! I read this in the reviews but thought I had done my best to make sure I would receive the correct one but I did not. I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it, so I am stuck with it and hopefully will make use of it one day.

Pure junk. Ordered it, received it, opened it, followed the instructions, didn't work, returned it.

A friend tells me Radio Shack has a similar product and it is $30 cheaper. Also, Best Buy will price match.

I ordered this two weeks before Christmas.

A week before Christmas I received an iM600. This is different than the model I ordered. The updated model, iM600USB, will charge the 4G Nano; the older model will not charge the 4G Nano.

I called and the customer service rep said I could send it back, and then they would send me the correct model. To their credit, I can return it postage prepaid. However, he was completely unsympathetic to my desire to straighten this out by Christmas Day. He basically promised I would not receive the replacement unit until after the holiday.
