Do not buy this item, instead buy another iPhone battery. I installed this correctly and now my iPhone has even less battery life. It gets down to about half on the battery meter and shuts off. I have had it shut off on phone calls. I believe the problem is that this battery is a 1500mAh while the original battery is 1400mAh. Make sure you buy a 1400mAh battery. While the 1500mAh battery may possibly have more life (I have not experienced this), it messes up the battery meter. I will buy another battery from another vender and install it.
